All clients will be responsible for FULL payment BEFORE actual time of appointment. Should appointment require more time or more edits are requested, client is responsible for extra charges to cover the time or extra edits requested. A cancellation fee of at least $25 will be added should any client not cancel at least 24 hours BEFORE appointment. Deposits are required on wedding bookings and all payment is due BEFORE wedding event. All clients accept that Tyler Treasures may use photographs of them or whomever they book photos for, with or without their name, and for any lawful purpose including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, unless I book and sign for Privacy Package. All clients authorize Tyler Treasures the right to take photographs of booked party and hereby assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and/or publlish the same in print and/or electronically. Clients may be asked to sign a release at time of pictures. Tyler Treasures also reserves the right to refuse business to any party at any given time.
